Here's today's Play of the Day:
K2's punt is partially blocked by R1 in or behind the neutral zone and it
then travels beyond the neutral zone. R2 is in position to catch the ball,
but it first touches K2's shoulder before hitting the ground where it is
recovered by R2.

Ruling: Since R1's touching is ignored, it is kick-catching interference by
